왜, 우리는 G20을 반대하는가?
WHY WE OPPOSE G20?G20은,‘자본을 위한 자유’를 확장하기 위한 정책을 만듭니다.
The G-20 creates and promotes policies that primarily aim to give more freedom for capital.
G20은,'노동자의 권리‘를 제한하여 ’값싼 노동력과 착취‘를 생산합니다. 그래야 더 많은 투자 이익을 얻을 수 있으니까요
The G-20 aims to keep investment more profitable by suspending the rights of workers and keeping their labor cheap and exploitable.
G20은,‘논과 밭’을 줄이고, 화학약품과 유전자 조작으로 식량생산을 늘여왔습니다. 우리의 건강은 위협받지만, 식량 값은 올라갈 수 있으니까요.
The G-20 has reduced agricultural land and increased food production through chemical and genetic manipulation which endangers our health and increases the cost of production.
G20은, 자연자원을 파괴하는 값싸고 일회적인 상품을 사도록 자극합니다.
이러한 지나친 산업화로 인한 환경재해와 기후변화는 많은 사람들이 삶의 터전을 떠나게 하고 있습니다.
The G-20 stimulates demand for cheap and disposable product which depletes raw materials and natural resources. It also gives way to excessive industrialization resulting in environmental disaster and climate change that displace millions of people.
G20은, 수많은 노동자들의 일자리를 앗아가는 산업을 만들고 있습니다.
The G-20 has also mechanized the industries stealing the jobs of millions of workers.
G20은, 값싼 수입품을 위해 지역 산업을 죽이고, 실업을 확대하면서, 가난한 나라들의 의존도를 높이고 있습니다. 이러한 상황은 가족들을 흩어지게 하고, 많은 여성들은 고통 받게 합니다.
The G-20 has increased the dependency of poor nations for cheap imports and at the same time killing local industries and further creating unemployment. It has torn families apart and violated women.
이러한 조건과 상황은 사람들이 원하지 않는 이주를 하게 만듭니다. 바로 G20국가들이 바라는 바입니다.
These conditions and situations have forced people to migrate and that is what the G-20 hopes to impose.
엄청난 빈곤과 급격한 실업은 사람들 간에 경쟁하게 합니다. 노동자이고, 또 하나의 인간 자체인 한 사람의 기본적인 권리를 위협합니다.
Massive poverty and unemployment creates steep competition for people. This, in turn, endangers the basic rights of people as workers and as human beings.
오늘의 상황은 G20이 노동자와 가난한 사람들에게 얼마나 위험한지를 잘 보여줍니다. 미등록이주민에 대한 단속과 사람들에 대한 억압은 모두를 위한 성장과 이익과 모순됩니다.
Today, the G-20 Summit shows just how dangerous it is for the workers and the poor people, the CRACKDOWN on the undocumented migrants and oppression of the people contradicts G-20's claim of development and benefits for all.
2009년 이주민의 송금액은 3천1백6십억 원에 달합니다. 이 송금액은 대부분의 은행들의 이익을 훨씬 초과합니다. 우리는 우리 경제 성장의 동력을 제공하지만, 우리에게 돌아오는 것은 아무것도 없습니다. 심지어 인간으로서의 존엄성마저도 보장받지 못합니다.
이번 11월, 모든 이주노동들이 우리도 목소리를 낼 수 있다는 걸 보여줍시다. G20이 열리는 11월 8일부터 12일까지 “송금 중단일 캠페인”에 함께 해 주십시오.
Migrants remittances in 2009 amounted to $316 billion. Thus far, these remittances have far exceeded the income generation of most banks combined. We empower our economies but get nothing, not even our dignity as human beings. In November we invite all migrants to show that we too have a voice. on 8 to 12 November, join us in our "NO REMITTANCE DAYS" action!
G20은, 가난한 172개 유엔회원국을 배제한 그들만의 자체 모임입니다.
G20은, 자신들만이 세계 경제위기와 커져만 가는 양극화에 대한 해답을 제시할 수 있다고 주장합니다. 그러나 G20은 우리들을 위기와 양극화의 전면으로 몰아세우고 있습니다. 가난한 사람들은 희생당하고 고통 받고, 소수만이 혜택을 받는 세계입니다.
G-20 is a self appointed group of nations who except the other 172 "poor" UN member nations. G-20 claims that they have the solution to the global economic crisis and the growing divide between the rich and the poor. Yet, it was their system that put us here in the first place. It is the world that the poor being sacrificed and suffered for the benefit of the few.
